Beachgoer Burned By ‘Bogus’ Summons
 | | Ozone Park resident Gabriel Costa shows us a parking summons he received last Saturday when, he says, he had valid proof he paid the meter. Costa, who admits playing the feed-the-meter-on-the-hour game, said: “I still had 15 minutes left and they gave me a ticket. They said they couldn’t see the [payment coupon] right in the window,” said Costa, who plans to fight the ticket in court. |
