Work At Tribute Park Heats Up

Tribute Park project coordinator Dan Mundy holds onto a newly installed steel vertical support attached to the base of what will soon be the park’s dome. Work on the park, which saw a flurry of activity last weekend and this week, should continue steadily for the next several months, Mundy said. The Department of Parks and Recreation, which should be stepping in to make major construction contributions by the start of July, said last week that the park would be ready for September 11, 2005.
