for larger version       Father McDonnell Celebrates 40 Years Of Service Father Tom McDonnell will celebrate the 40th anniversary of his ordination this month. Father McDonnell presided over his first Mass at St. Francis de Sales Church. Entering the seminary in September of 1956, McDonnell went on to earn a B.A. in Philosophy a Bachelor of Divinity and a Masters degree in Religious Education. McDonnell has spent most of his priesthood in Africa, including stints in Tanzania, Kenya and Rwanda. He now serves as the Assistant Director for the Department of Society Member Services.
