Breast Cancer Fundraiser At St.Edmund’s
St. Edmund Prep High School recently participated in their annual fundraiser for breast cancer research. Under the direction of National Honor Society moderator and history teacher Patti Spinelli, students raised $267 by selling pink paper ribbons for fifty cents each. The money was donated to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation. The ribbons, designed by junior Christine Parker, created a wall mural, reminding the students and staff that they can make a difference.
