Queens County American Legion Hosts Breakfast

The Queens County Committee of the American Legion recently held its annual breakfast for federal, state and local elected officials at the American Legion Post #1404 in Broad Channel. Representatives from the 34 Legion posts in Queens County, as well as the Auxiliary units and the Sons of the American Legion squadrons, were invited to listen to the views of their politicians and ask them questions. Some elected officials that attended included Mayor Michael Bloomberg, Assemblywoman Audrey Pheffer, Councilman Joseph Addabbo and Queens Borough President candidate Philip Sica (Commander of the Queens Village American Legion Post #301).
