It’s The Ravens! Bring ‘Em Out, Bring ‘Em Out

Like Michael Jordan in his prime, the Ravens are on fire and they don’t need any water. They dominated American Youth Football for the past two weekends. Lighting up the field coach Tyrone, Earl and Jerome revived the Raven Peanuts and had two remarkable shut out wins of 33-0 and 26-0.

Keeping the fire going was Coach Ron’s Jr. Pee Wees who swept the Pride Lions and the Brooklyn Chiefs under the rug.

The Chiefs couldn’t stand the heat so Victor’s Pee Wees knocked them out the kitchen with a 33-18 victory with an impressive interception by #10 better known as mousy.

You could only see smoke and sparks when the Jr. Midgets blazed out of control over the pride lions with a 26-7 victory. #34, runningback D. Torres, dominated the field by scoring 4 touchdowns as fullback #4 C. Lawrence cleared the path each time.

Last but not least, the Midgets went to Brooklyn and took home a one point win from last year champs, the Brooklyn Renegades. #27 Tyrek scored and #28 Turran completed the conversion for the win. Clearing the path was #11 Miles and a hard tackle by #65 S. Thomas. You couldn’t get a more intense win other then a Jordan last minute half court game winning basket. It was a nail bitter but the ravens slipped out of Brooklyn with the 7-6 win.

Saturday, October 15, the Ravens will be host to the Springfield Rifles at Far Rockaway High School as part of Homecoming Day starting at 10 a.m.
