A 2003 Mitsubishi heading northbound on Cross Bay Boulevard spun out on the rainslicked road just after noon on Wednesday, causing a multi-vehicle accident that sent the driver and three passengers to the Peninsula Hospital Center. According to police sources, Surendra Seegopaul, 18, of Richmond Hill lost control of his car and rear-ended a 1995 GMC Suburban at high speed.
