The Little League fields are coming along in fine shape thanks to Marty Andresen, Rick Ehresman, Danny Stroke, and John Duggan. Marty Andresen, the president of the Rockaway Little League, would also like to thank all the parents, friends, and volunteers of the league but most importantly the thousand plus children of the league. He would also like to thank District 27 and Gateway National Recreation Area. Through his 32 years of being involved in Rockaway Little this has been one of the best years overall in all aspects of Little League baseball.
