Kenny Vance Draws Hundreds To RMAC Concert

The Rockaway Music and Arts Council (RMAC) hosted the second of its summer Sunset Picnic Concerts at Fort Tilden last weekend. The concert, featuring Kenny Vance and the Planotones, drew a large crowd that stayed and cheered throughout. The concert was dedicated to the memory of the late Leon Locke, long-time Wave Publisher, rock and roll expert and RMAC chairperson. Pictured Susan Locke, Leon’s wife and the present Wave Publisher, thanks the crowd for coming while Barbara Eisenstadt, the RMAC’s president, looks on.
