P.S./M.S. 43 recently celebrated their annual Career Day. The morning began with an assembly in the auditorium where the guests were treated to musical presentations from the students. 
P.S./M.S. 43 recently celebrated their annual Career Day. The morning began with an assembly in the auditorium where the guests were treated to musical presentations from the students. Among the guests who spoke to the students were Rob Morrison of WNBC’s “Today in New York”; Jacqueline McMikle of the Addabbo Health Center; Laurel Sandor of the Queens Public Library; Captain Thomas Ray of the FDNY; Detective Luis Arroyo of the NYPD; Grover Prince of the United States Postal Service; Marc Castellenata and Samuel Frederic of North Fork Bank; Shirleyne Sheeko, a microbiologist at Peninsula Hospital; John Lancos of Gateway National Recreation Area; Barbara McNair, coordinator at CNR Health Care; Khadyah Allenye of the Rockaway Artists Alliance and many more. Morrison is pictured signing autographs for students.
