Zagor holds up a special going away gift presented to her by Dr. Peter Nelson, the executive director of the Addabbo Family Health Center. It is a one of a kind, 14k gold pin showing two hands reaching across the globe in unity. The symbol has become the trademarks of CURC (Collaboration for Unity in the Rockaway Community) and the Annual Rockaway Multi-Cultural Festival – two projects Zagor was very much involved in.
