Sunset Diner Joins Hole In The Wall Gang

Sometime between 2 a.m. and 5 a.m. on a holiday evening last week, a truck failed to stop in time and put a large hole in the basement entryway wall of the Rockaway Sunset Diner on Beach 116 Street. The damaged wall was quickly blocked off to keep other patrons from being injured by the loose brickwork.
