SFDS Boys Win 2004 Diocesan Championship

Congratulations to the undefeated St. Francis De Sales third grade boys who won the 2004 West Queens Division championship. The suspenseful climax to this exciting season was the 1-0 defeat of the East Queens division champions St. Mel’s of Flushing. After going into double overtime, St. Francis scored during a double shootout to clinch the Diocesan championship. It was a great job done by all and a special thank you to the incomparable coaches Douglas Schonfeld and Adam Bartoszewicz, who made all this possible.
