Peninsula Branch Lights Christmas Tree
Assemblywoman Audrey Pheffer (top row, left) helped usher in the holiday season last Thursday at the Peninsula Branch of the Queens Public Library, Beach 92 Street and Rockaway Beach Boulevard, by officiating the Christmas tree lighting ceremony. Pheffer’s Chief of Staff, JoAnn Shapiro (right) passed out candy canes and poured hot chocolate to keep spirits bright in spite of the cold, rainy weather.
