Junk Boat Is Nighttime Hazard
 | | The small speedboat and trailer seen here, just a few feet west of the Beach Channel High School boat ramp, has been parked in the same spot for more than a week and is angled out into traffic, which creates a hazard at night when it is harder to see.
The boat, which was gutted and is now just a fiberglass shell, has two small reflectors yet is still hard to see at night.
