Bay Wall Jumper Pulled Out Safely

Rescue workers raced to Beach 120 Street and Beach Channel Drive last Friday morning to pull a man, who police said leapt from the bay wall, from the waters of Jamaica Bay. The NYPD Harbor Emergency Service Units, EMS and the NYFD all responded.
The jumper, an unidentified male seen entering the ambulance, was taken to St. John’s Episcopal Hospital, according to an EMS spokeswoman.
