‘Little North Pole’ Opened Saturday with Santa, Music, Stars


The Neponsit home of Joseph and Maritza Mure annually becomes the “little North Pole.” At a lighting ceremony on Saturday night there were lots of lights, music from the Breezy Point Pipes and the Rockaway Theatre Company, Santa arriving in a helicopter and stars such as Patsy Walnuts and Robert DeNiro.
