Chamber Of Commerce Honors ‘Rockaway’s Best’
|The Chamber of Commerce of the Rock0aways held its annual awards dinner at Russo’s on the Bay on Wednesday night, honoring a number of local residents and businesses for their contributions to the quality of life on the peninsula in past years. City Council Speaker Gifford Miller, who is reportedly running for mayor next year, spoke about the honorees and about the uniqueness of Rockaway.

Many of the guests danced the night away.
