Rockaway Holds Halloween Parade Under Threatening Skies


The Rockaway Halloween Parade, sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce, stepped off under threatening skies on Saturday afternoon, keeping the number of marchers down but not dampening the enthusiasm of those who showed up.
