|Dozens of kids and the young at heart donned creative costumes and marched along Cross Bay Boulevard last Saturday making Broad Channel’s Halloween Parade a real treat, despite the tricky weather. The parade finished off at the Broad Channel Athletic Club, where there were goodies including cupcakes and a raffle.
