Fitzpatrick Earns Kearney Scholarship

In response to the tragedies of September 11, 2001, Bishop Kearney’s lay faculty and their union established a $1000 scholarship in honor of Captain Walter Hynes, Captain Timothy Stackpole and Firefighter Joseph Henry, relatives of the Kearney community. Megan Fitzpatrick, daughter of Edward and Kathleen Fitzpatrick of Breezy Point, received the award this year.
