SJEH Graduates Clinical Pastors


The Clinical Pastoral Education Program at St. John’s Episcopal Hospital, South Shore, recently held a graduation ceremony for 34 interns and residents at the Mercer School of Theology in Garden City, NY. The Rev. Dr. Stephen P. Bouman, Bishop of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, gave the graduation address. The graduating class included pastors at varying levels of proficiency. The internationally acclaimed program is now accepting its Fall class. Pictured, the graduation ceremony.
