NCYC Commodore John Heaphy, center, flanked by the dock committee members Jim Murray, left, Paul Arnemann, second from left, George Johnson, right, and Eddie Czarnikewicz, second from right. The new docks represent about a decade of dreaming and planning, including a three-year permit process. It took dedicated club members just 9 days to install them.
