Police Respond To Large, Disorderly BCHS Crowd
Police Respond To Large, Disorderly BCHS Crowd Police officers from all over the 100 Precinct responded to the beachfront at Beach 100 Street on Thursday when more than 1,000 students from Beach Channel High School, expecting a large fight between groups of students, went to the beach to witness the fight. Motorists on Rockaway Beach Boulevard were stunned by the sight of the teenagers running down the middle of the boulevard, attempting to get to the fight. Police from the 100 precinct, some of whom were following the crowd, quickly got to the scene and broke the group up before the fight could get started.
