Kentucky Derby Day is also the reunion of some members of the B.P.S.C, who meet annually at Kennedy’s. The Wunder couples, Ellen and Lenny; Claire and John Hughes; Anita and Jack Wilkensen and several more, made their appearance, none looking worse for the wicked winter we struggled through, though a few did take a break in Florida. Shirley Hanrahan is still there and was sorely missed. However, most were there looking forward to another fun summer at the Breezy Point Surf Club. Happy warm weather days, folks.
