Oliner Named To PHC Board Of Directors
Commissioner Joel A. Miele Sr., PE, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Peninsula Hospital Center (PHC), recent ly announced the appointment of Martin Oliner to the Peninsula Hospital Center Board of Directors.
"Mr. Oliner has been serving our com munity for many years now," said Commissioner Miele. "We are honored to welcome him to the Board. His lead ership acumen and knowledge of the community will be of great value to Peninsula Hospital Center."
Martin Oliner is an attorney who is en gaged in private practice sine 1972. He received a Juris Doctor degree in 1971 and a Masters Degree of Law in Taxation in 1977 from the New York University Law School. He is a member of Phi Betta Kappa and the Order of the Coif. Since then, he has taught at both New York University Law School and New York Law School.
Oliner has been serving as chairman of the Board of Directors, President and Chief Executive Officer of First Lincoln Holdings since September 1992. He also serves on the Executive Board at Touro College. He is a found er of the San Fran cisco school of Os teopathic Med icine and has served as a director of the New York School of Podiatry.
Locally, Oliner served as President of Congregation Sharray Tefila for three years, co-chairman of the Village of Lawrence’s Board of Design and a member of the HAFTR Board for many years. He currently serves as Trustee of the Village of Lawrence.
