ACT Registration Scheduled For 2/27
College-bound high school students can take the ACT Assessment on April 3, 2004. The registration postmark for the national test is February 27. The late registration date is March 12 and there is an additional fee required.
ACT scores are accepted by virtually all colleges and universities in the nation, including all Ivy League schools.
The test fee for NY students is $26. Colleges use ACT scores, along with a student’s high school GPA, high school courses taken, extracurricular activities and other information to help determine admissions.
For more information, including registration and test locations, contact your high school guidance counselor or register online on ACT’s website www.act.org.
The website also has helpful information, sample tests and the opportunity to order test prep materials.
