Here is what Queens Borough President Helen Marshall said about Rockaway: 95 "In the Rockaways, the first phases of Arverne-by-the-Sea is nearing completion; Edgemere will soon be the site of 300 new homes for working families; and the New York City Housing Authority HOPE 6 project has completed the renovation of 1,482 apartments at Ocean Bay. When completed more than 1,800 apartments will be renovated."
