The Stars, who were snowed out yesterday, traveled to Mamaroneck, NY where they met the Tigers.  In a fine game, which featured some great goalie play by both teams, the Coney Island boys scored midway through the final period to tie their opponents 2-2.

Mamaroneck picked up the only score in the first period, with a power play goal, late in the session.

Stars power forward Chris Hayes, tied the game at 1 a piece at 7:32 of the mid dle period, with a rising shot from the high slot.

The Tigers took a 2-1 lead early in the final period, with their second power play goal, after the Stars were guilty of some poor defensive coverage down low.

With the Stars on a power play, they electrified the crowd, when center Michael Davie and winger Michael Biagioni combined for a picture perfect give and go play, which resulted in Davie nailing the tying goal.

Stars goalies David Benger and Ryan Forman had a standout game.
