Originally named the Chicago Transit Authority, Chicago has done it all in their 36 year career, playing rock, light pop, elements of classical and jazz music, and top forty ballads that have made them legendary. Over the years, Chicago has filled the world with amazing songs such as, "You’re the Inspiration," "25 or 6 to 4," "Saturday in the Park," "Hard to Say," and "Hard Habit to Break." Chicago is a live act that has come to be one of America’s favorite live acts, fully equipped with a horn section and soft rock approach like no other.

Chicago’s latest release, on Rhino Entertainment, "The Very Best of Chicago: Only The Beginning," is a 2-CD collection packed with 39 hits. The album debuted on the Billboard charts at #38, making Chicago the only American rock band ever to chart Top 40 albums in five consecutive decades-a milestone accomplishment.
