A Ghoulishly Good Time For Kids At Fort Tilden The RAA decorated the Visitor Center with some frightening effects, including this patch of barely-buried bodies.
Phyllis DePierro and Joe Canizio played the roles of the widow and the doctor in the theater company’s play.
This creepy character snuck out of its grave for a good time at Fort Tilden.
Rochelle Burg also gave Fort Tilden visitors a scary greeting at the RAA’s “Pirates of the SCARE- ibbean” attraction. Burg and a mysterious friend, who was hidden behind blue stretch fabric, waited at the entrance -- to scare the young and old.
The extremely animated LuAnn Adams shared “The Story of the Tricky Little Caterpillar” at the Chapel. Kids participated in the storytelling by acting out the roles of numerous animals.
The Rockaway Theater Company put on a creepy play for audiences young and old at the Post Theater. The final scene featuring the late Warren Zevon’s song “Werewolves of London” simply killed!
The Rockaway Artist’s Alliance transformed the Visitor Center into the “SCAREibbean.” RAA President Geoff Rawling gave those brave enough to come close a frightful “welcome.”
