Smith Warns Diabetics

State Senator Ada L. Smith has announced that several law firms are working together to examine the claims of diabetics who took the drug Rezulin. The drug was prescribed from 1997 till March of 2000, when the FDA removed it from the market after 90 cases of liver failure resulting 63 deaths. Around 750,000 Americans took the drug in the three-year period.
