Saint Rose’s Fede Awarded Northeast Honors

Victoria Fede from the College of Saint Rose was named to the Northeast-10 Conference weekly honor roll for the period ending Monday, September 22. The Breezy Point native is a member of the women’s volleyball team.

The senior, who attended Bishop Kearney High School, averaged 2.78 kills and 6.22 digs per-game to lead Saint Rose to a 2-1 record last week. Fede came up with seven kills, 23 digs and four blocks in a 3-0 win over visiting Skidmore on Wednesday, September 17. She then recorded 18 kills and 33 digs throughout a pair of conference matches with Assumption and host American International on Saturday, September 20 in Springfield, MA.

Fede moved into second place on the college’s all-time list with 1,176 digs on Saturday. She is also ninth with 575 kills. Fede stands atop the NE-10 with 5.67 digs per-game.
