‘Ball In The House’ At Locke Memorial Concert


The Rockaway Music and Arts Council (RMAC) held its final Sunset Picnic of the season last Sun­day night at Fort Tilden. The concert featured the acapella group “Ball In The House,” six men who provide not only the voices but the rhythm section as well. The concert honored Leon Locke, former publisher of The Wave.
