Arrested: July 18, at 1600 hours was Russell Cook, 34 of 74-00 SFP for cpcs-4 at 88-22 RBB. Deft was in possession of a quantity of cocaine.

Arrested: July 21, at 2140 hours was Roy Grins, 27 of 410 B. 54 St. for aggravated unlicensed operator-1, obstructing government administration-2, resisting arrest, false person, and unauthorized use of license at 69-40 Hessler Ave. Deft was observed driving a 1989 vehicle with defective L/S headlight.

Arrested: July 24, at 1951 hours was Angel Berrios, 21 of 74-06 BCD for robbery-1, cpw-4, cpsp-5, and harassment-2 at B. 75 St./BCD. Comp states that above deft lifted up his shirt and displayed what appeared to be a firearm and demanded comp’s property.

Arrested: July 26, at 2315 hours was Richard Graham, 42 of 35-05 30 St. for operating motor vehicle while intoxicated-2, and pom. A/O did observe deft operating a 1994 vehicle crossing over pavement markers.

Arrested: July 29, at 2319 hours was William Patton, 22 of 84-12 RBB for tampering with witness-3 and intimidating comp/witness-3 at 81-03 RBB. Comp states deft did approach comp. Comp states deft said, "I hope what I’m hearing isn’t true, that you got my brother locked up…"

Arrested: August 3, at 0045 hours was Daryl Brown, 35 of 81-05 BCD for facilitating unlicensed operator-1, operating vehicle with suspended registration, pom, inspection violation, and unlicensed driver at CBB/North Channel Bridge.

Arrested: August 5, at 2204 hours was David Dickerson, 19 of 81-05 RBB for cpcs-3, cpcs-5, cpcs-7, and pom-5 at 81-05 RBB. Deft was inside of lobby of NYCHA building with four bags of marijuana in his right hand. SILA deft had seven glassines of crack cocaine.

Arrested: July 13, at 0239 hours was Edward Walker, 30 of 38 West Elm Terrace, Brockton, Maine for cpw-3 at B. 56 St. Deft was in possession of a loaded firearm.

Arrested: July 14, at 2145 hours was Brandon McFadden, 41 of 22-40 Mott Ave. for cpw-2, cpw-3, cpcs-5, manufacturing and transporting weapon, and aggravated unlicensed operator-3 at 15-51 Hassock St. Deft was observed operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Further investigation revealed deft in possession of a loaded firearm.

Arrested: July 14, at 2141 hours was Cornelius Brown, 53 of 14-10 BCD for forgery-2 at BCD and B. 42 St. A/O observed deft operating a jeep with a dealer temporary tag from the District of Columbia.

Arrested: July 15, at 1715 hours was Alcides Reyes, 26 of 603 Bryant St., Westbury for forgery-2, possession of forged instrument-2, and defrauding-2 at 14-17 Central Ave. Deft was selling temporary District of Columbia plates and insurance cards for the sum of $150 in U.S. currency.

Arrested: July 15, at 1631 hours was Harlan Robins, 57 of 21 Montgomery, Atlantic Beach for forgery-2, possession of forged instrument-2, and defrauding-2 at 140-17 Central Ave. In executing search warrant deft was selling forged District of Columbia plates to persons for $150 U.S. currency. Deft was also in possession of a forged District of Columbia plate.

Arrested: July 15, at 1631 hours was Sandra Schunk, 42 of 147 B. 4 St. for possession of forged instrument-2. While executing a search warrant, deft had a forged District of Columbia temporary license plate.

Arrested: July 16, at 2130 hours was Keith Crosby, 23 of 12-70 Redfern Ave. for cpcs-3, unauthorized use of vehicle-3, and unlicensed driver at 15-51 Hassock St. Deft was seen with bulge in waistband. When approached by A/O deft fled scene. A foot pursuit ensued and deft dropped jacket while fleeing.

Arrested: July 16, at 0915 hours was Dalton Ashman, 29 of 13-41 BCD for assault-2 at 16-12 Mott Ave. While trying to issue a summons for noise and disorderly conduct, the deft would not show his identification.

Arrested: July 25, at 2150 hours was Rudy Jordan, 33 of 12-07 Bay 27 St. for cpw-3, menacing-2, and harassment-1 at Mott Ave. Deft was arrested on two open complaints for displaying a handgun and making threats on two different occasions.

Arrested: July 25, at 0630 hours was Arnold Millenel, 19 of 711 Seagirt Blvd. for grand larceny-3, cpsp-3, cpw-3, and unauthorized use of vehicle-3 at 711 Seagirt Blvd. Above deft’s fingerprints were found on the rearview mirror of a vehicle which was found to be stolen and reported in the 101 precinct.

Arrested: July 26, 0950 hours was Kwame Callwood, 32 of 146-14 Estate Tutu, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands for assault-2 and harassment-2 at 16-12 Mott Ave. The deft did repeatedly punch the comp about the face, knocking comp to the ground, causing the comp to suffer two black eyes and a broken mandible.

Arrested: July 28, 2101 hours was Kenneth Quiroz, 33 of 1261 Central Ave. for sodomy-1, assault-2, cpw-4, endangering welfare of child, and harassment-2 at 1261 Central Ave. Comp states above deft struck comp with a leather belt numerous times causing injuries to her legs and arms.

Arrested: July 28, 2307 hours was Sydney Sargert, 31 of 75 Milford St., Brooklyn for forgery-2, possession of forged instrument-2, and seat belt violation at 17-13 Brookhaven Ave. A/O observed deft operating a vehicle without a seatbelt. Upon car stopping, deft possessed a forged State of Pennsylvania driver’s license.

Arrested: July 29, 1715 hours was Shameek Carter, 17 of 51-24 BCD for assault-1 and robbery-1 at 51-24 BCD. The deft was arrested for a robbery/assault where he did shoot the comp when he would not give deft his property.

Arrested: July 29, 2300 hours was Samuel Beverly, 42 of 385 Bayview Ave., Inwood for robbery-2 at 16-12 Mott Ave. Deft was positively identified in a line-up by comp for robbery of a cell phone and a gold chain with two unapprehended others.

Arrested: July 30, 1815 hours was Cameron Powell, 27 of 16-10 Caffrey Ave. for pom-2 and resisting arrest at B. 13 St./New Haven Ave. Deft was in possession of a quantity of marijuana. Deft refused to be handcuffed by swinging and flailing his arms.

Arrested: July 30, 1815 hours was Larue Daniel, 27 of 28-19 West Bourne for pom-2 at B. 13 St./New Haven Ave. Deft was in possession of a quantity of marijuana.

Arrested: July 31, 1133 hours was Frank Reed, 53 of 12-050 Redfern Ave. for assault-2, harassment-2 at 12-050 Redfern Ave. Deft did throw a glass jar at comp, hitting comp in the head, causing a laceration to comp’s head, a bruise and swelling to comp’s right eye.

Arrested: July 31, 1948 hours was Charlton Johns, 41 of 20-20 Seagirt Blvd. for trademark counterfeiting-2, failure disclose receipts-2 and local misdemeanor at 271 B. 20 St. A/O observed deft selling trademark counterfeit compact discs and DVD’s for U.S. currency.

Arrested: August 1, 2122 hours was Michael Boney, 19 of 1550 East 102 St., Brooklyn for robbery-2 and cpw-4 at 410 B. 54 St. Deft armed with a broken bottle and aided by three unapprehended others did approach the comp and threaten to hit comp.

Arrested: August 2, 1515 hours was Jose Majano, 17 of 11-70 Nameoke Ave. for robbery-2 at 11-70 Nameoke Ave. The deft did, along with others, approach the comp as someone from the group stated, "he’s next." The deft then patted down the comp’s pocket.

Arrested: August 5, 0630 hours was Kenneth Brown, 40 for burglary-2, cpsp-4, cpcs-7, alcohol beverage container felony, and local violation at B. 19 St./New Haven Ave. Deft was observed riding a bicycle on the sidewalk at location with an open can of beer in his possession.

Arrested: August 5, 0110 hours was Jose Nunez, 41 of 22-11 New Haven Ave. for burglary-3, cpsp-5, and possession of burglar’s tools at 1016 B. 19 St. Deft did enter a commercial establishment forcibly through the rear. Deft did remove vouchered items without permission or authority of owner.

Arrested: August 6, 0110 hours was Ivory Hunt, 45 of 71-15 BCD for burglary-3, cpsp-5, and possession of burglar’s tools at 1016 B. 19 St. Deft did enter and remain unlawfully in a commercial establishment. Deft entered forcibly through rear. Deft did remove vouchered items without permission or authority of owner.

Arrested: August 6, 0110 hours was Anthony Lopez, 46 of 1040 B. 21 St. for burglary-3, cpsp-5, and possession of burglar’s tools at 10-16 B. 19 St. Deft did enter a commercial establishment forcibly through rear removing vouchered property without permission or authority of owner.

Arrested: August 6, 0538 hours was Hector Cabrera, Jr., 20 of 14-010 New Haven Ave. for assault-2, cpw-4, and harassment-2 of 16-12 Mott Ave. Deft turned himself in on an open complaint. Computer check at 101 precinct revealed deft has an open warrant.

Arrested: August 6, 0850 hours was Darien Bailey, 20 of 22-29 Dix Ave. for assault-2, assault-3, cpw-4, and harassment-2 at 22-39 Dix Ave. Comp states that on one occasion the deft, her common law husband, did punch comp in the face with a closed fist causing bruising and swelling.

Arrested: August 6, 0840 hours was Johnnie McDonald, Jr., 38 of 1256 Central Ave. for burglary-2 and criminal trespassing-3 at 1337 Virginia St. Comp states that when she came out of her kitchen, deft was standing inside of her house.

Arrested: August 8, 2024 hours was Phillip Salmon, 46 of 1444 Granada Pl. for reckless endangerment-1 at 1444 Granada Pl. A/O was called to scene for a past assault. Upon arrival, comp stated deft was in house across the street.

Arrested: August 8, 1800 hours was Joseph Alicea, 21 of 333 B. 32 St. for cpcs-3 at Mott Ave./BCD. Deft was observed in possession of a controlled substance.

Arrested: August 8, 1810 hours was Orlandos Herrera, 24 of 82478 Arthur Ave., Bronx for cpcs-3, cpcs-7, and bicycle operator violation at 1322 Dickens St. Deft was operating bicycle. Upon being stopped deft was found in possession of a large quantity of cocaine.

Arrested: August 9, 1810 hours was Billy Simmons, 56 of 10-023 Seagirt Blvd. for assault-2, alcohol violation, disorderly conduct, and harassment-2 at Gadell Place/Boardwalk. Deft was in a public place drinking from a 16 oz of Coors.

Arrested: August 10, 0532 hours was Alan Rice, 18 of 256 B. 15 St. for criminal mischief-3, cpsp-5, and resisting arrest at 331 B, 32 St. Deft was observed in vehicle without permission or authority, removing property without permission to do so.
