Sharks Play Championship
The New York Sharks, the Independent Women’s Football League defending champions will play for the 2003 IWFL title game against the
Sacramento Sirens. The undefeated Sharks will play at St. John’s University on Saturday, July 12 at 7 p.m. The IWFL Championship Game will be held at DaSilva Memorial Field on and tickets are $15 for adults and $10 for children and seniors. They can be purchased at the ticket booth on the day of the game, starting at 5:45pm.
The New York Sharks come into the game with a record of 9-0 after defeating the Bay State Warriors 20-6 on June 28th to advance to the championship game.
