The driving rain that pushed last month’s "Relay For Life" into the Beach Channel High School gymnasium did not damped the enthusiasm of the fundraisers or the participants. Recently, the relay was completed with the lighting of hundreds of "luminaries," candles dedicated to both cancer survivors and those who died of cancer.
