Arrested: June 15, at 1620 hours was Quantaviou Longstreet, 18 of 15-12 B. 12 St. for cpw-2, cpw-4, and theft of service at Mott Ave. and B. 22 St. Deft was observed crawling under turnstile to avoid legal payment of fare. SILA produced an unloaded defaced .380 caliber automatic firearm.

Arrested: June 16, at 1022 hours was Melissa Akerso n, 18 of 770 Fulton St., Brooklyn for grand larceny-3, cpsp-3, and unauthorized use of vehicle-3 at B. 39 St./BCD. A/O observed deft in a vehicle that was reported stolen on June 13.

Arrested: June 16, at 1027 hours was Terrance Hunter, 22 of 445 Rogers Ave., Brooklyn for grand larceny-3, cpsp-3, and unauthorized use of vehicle-3 at B. 39 St./BCD. A/O observed deft in a vehicle that was reported stolen on June 13.

Arrested: June 17, at 1225 hours was Roy Gaines, 27 of 410 B. 54 St. for criminal mischief-3 at 16-12 Mott Ave. Comp states comp observed deft break the sunroof glass and the driver’s side door glass of comp’s vehicle.

Arrested: June 19, at 1812 hours was Liang Ching, 29 of 312 B. 30 St. for assault, cpw-4, and harassment-2 at 17-29 Seagirt Blvd. Assault in progress. Upon entering above location two men were found to be attacking a male victim.

Arrested: June 20, at 1752 hours was Maria Brito, 30 of 439 B. 22 St. for assault-2, cpw-4, endangering welfare of child, and harassment-2 at 439 B. 22 St. Comp was hit with belt causing bruises/welts on arms and back by her mother. Comp removed to St. John’s by EMS.

Arrested: June 20, at 0928 hours was Eric Haynes, 41 of Richmond, Virginia for aggravated unlicensed operator-1, local violation, violation of miscellaneous rules, and seat belt violation. Deft was observed driving a vehicle without a seatbelt on while talking on a handheld cell phone.

Arrested: June 22, at 0214 hours was Llewelyn Smith, 53 of 7 President St. for assault-2 and harassment-2 at 7 President St. Comp states that during a verbal dispute the deft did strike comp with a machete on comp’s left wrist causing a laceration.

Arrested: June 26, at 0525 hours was Samuel Beverly, 42 of 11-38 Foam Place for burglary-2, menacing-2, criminal mischief-4, and cpw-4 at 11-38 Foam Pl. Comp states that deft kicked comp’s front door to apartment and stabbed front door with a knife and kicked open the door.

Arrested: June 28, at 0330 hours was Randall Gray, 22 of 287 Watjean Ct. for grand larceny-3 and cpsp-3 at Hassock Street and Redfern Ave. Deft was observed in a stolen vehicle.

Arrested: June 28, at 0330 hours was Jemal Delancey, 19 of 2-29 Fernside Pl. for grand larceny-3, and cpsp-3 at Hassock St. and Redfern Ave. Deft was observed in a stolen vehicle.

Arrested: June 28, at 0330 hours was Michael Shaver, 20 of 1437 Mott Ave. for grand larceny-3 and cpsp-3 at Hassock St. and Redfern Ave. Deft was observed in a stolen vehicle.

Arrested: June 28, at 0330 hours was Anthony Torres, 22 of 408 B. 25 St. for grand larceny-3 and cpsp-3 at Hassock St. and Redfern Ave. Deft observed operating a vehicle which was stolen.

Arrested: June 29, at 1100 hours was Lateef Brown, 29 of 10-11 Neilson St. for criminal mischief at 160-012 Mott Ave. Deft did kick three doors on comp’s auto causing damage to the vehicle that is in the value of over $250.00.

Arrested: July 1, at 1911 hours was Herbert Frentes, 27 of 12-50 Redfern Ave. for cpcs-3, resisting arrest, and pom-5 at 12-50 Redfern Ave. Deft was in possession of one bag of marijuana. Deft did prevent A/O to effect lawful arrest by running away from scene.

Arrested: July 1, at 0833 hours was Belmont Carthens, 20 of 118 B. 59 St. for cpcs-3 and cpcs-5 at 15-40 Hassock St. Deft did knowingly possess in excess of 500 mgs of cocaine with intent to sell. Deft currently on probation.

Arrested: July 3, at 1808 hours was Kareem Scott, 21 of 12-31 Bay 27 St. for cpcs-3, cpcs-5 and criminal trespass-3 at 38-08 BCD. Deft was ob- served in the lobby of 38-08 BCD, a NYCHA building, without permission or authority.

Arrested: July 4, at 1750 hours was Frank Reed, 52 of 12-50 Redfern Ave. for assault-2, cpw-3, menacing-2, and harassment-2 at 12-70 Redfern Ave. Comp states that she had a verbal dispute with her boyfriend who is deft. Comp states that deft then took and ice pick out of his pocket and cut comp.

Arrested: July 4, at 0843 hours was Clara McDonald, 45 of 1256 Central Ave. for assault-2, cpw-4, endangering welfare of child, and harassment-2 at 1256 Central Ave. Comp was stabbed in left forearm with a knife while attempting to break up dispute between deft and sister.

Arrested: July 4, at 2357 hours was Richard Benjamin, 53 of 312 B. 39 St. for cpw-3, cpsp-4-firearm, menacing-2, cpw-4, and harassment-2 at 310 B. 39 St. Comp states above deft did point firearm at comp. A .38 caliber revolver was recovered from deft’s waist and deft’s actions caused comp fear and alarm.

Arrested: July 4, at 2019 hours was Mauricio Cortez, 26 of 22-10 Brookhaven Ave. for operating motor vehicle intoxicated-2, cpcs-7, operating motor vehicle with illegal % alcohol, and unlicensed driver. Deft was observed by witness driving erratically then hitting two parked cars and ending up on the sidewalk. Motorist did not possess a driver’ license.

Arrested: July 5, at 1959 hours was Erica Raiford, 25 of 14-80 BCD for assault-2, cpw-4, and harassment-2 at 331 B. 32 St. Comp states she had argument with her daughter over her other daughter leaving apartment. The daughter picked up a knife and slashed mother on her left hand with knife.

Arrested: July 7, at 2019 hours was Wayne Carlos, 25 of 81-01 BCD for cpw-2, cpw-3, cpsp-4-firearms, and resisting arrest at 13-01 Redfern Ave. Deft did possess a stolen loaded firearm with the intent to use it. Deft also did resist arrest.
