Derech Emunoh Visits Jewish Heritage Museum

Congregation Derech Emunoh of Arverne is planning a trip to the Museum of Jewish Heritage on the afternoon of Sunday, July 20. The excursion will include a guided tour followed by dinner at a nearby Glatt kosher restaurant.

The Museum of Jewish Heritage, located at One Battery Park Plaza in lower Manhattan, was built as a living memorial to the Holocaust but includes many exhibits pertinent to other chapters of Jewish history. Many people who have visited the museum have proclaimed its excellence.

Rabbi Heshy Rubinstein, officiating rabbi of Derech Emunoh, extends an open invitation to the community to join in. If enough people express interest, he will be hiring a bus to transport the group to and from the museum.
