SJEH Receives New Ophthalmic Microscope
The Development Board of St. John’s Episcopal Hospital South Shore donated an ophthalmic operating microscope to the hospital. The donation of $102,000 allows for greater precision in the performan
ce of microscopic surgery of the eye and is used primarily for cataract surgery.
