St. Edmund Prep High School, Sheepshead Bay, recently held their second annual carnival. The event was coordinated by freshman year moderator and English teacher Susan Moquin and assistant principal James Benson. Moderators C. Benson, B. Borrello, J. DePetro, and M. Fusco, helped organize the various activities. This year’s carnival included games such as hockey, basketball, chess, and checkers. Students were taught calligraphy, listened to the St. Edmund Prep band, and were entertained by the boosters and the St. Edmund Prep Drama Society which did performances from the musical "Grease." The highlights were the Lorenzetti beanbag toss, which was modeled after the school’s principal, the sumo wrestling arena, and the dunk tank where students had the opportunity to dunk teachers and assistant principal J. Benson. Shown, student James Healey of Rockaway, dunking teacher.
