BCHS Gets Ready for Relay For Life

Beach Channel High School is hosting the American Cancer Society’s "Relay For Life" on June 7 and 8. Students at Beach Channel High School are working hard selling luminaria candles and taking donations to support the American Cancer Society. There are currently over 6 teams participating in the Relay For Life and hundreds of students are volunteering to serve at the event. All cancer survivors are invited to walk in the "Survivors Lap" which begins at 7:00 p.m. on June 7th. Opening ceremonies begin at 6:30 p.m. Anyone that would like to join a team and support the American Cancer Society should call Beach Channel High School at (718) 945-6900 ext. 116.
