Big Apple Basketball

Forty of the New York City Metro Area’s Top unsigned high school seniors will be on display on April 12 at Baruch College (corner of E. 24th Street and Lexington avenue) in an event presented by Big Apple Basketball. The one-day event, which is free to student-athletes, is designed to showcase the talent of high school seniors who may not have gotten the attention as some of the big-time recruits. The goal is to provide the chance for the athlete to gain exposure for possible scholarship opportunities.

Participating players must be academically eligible during the 2002-3003 season. The event will begin with stations and drills from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. At 1 p.m. a senior game will be played followed by a second senior game at 4:30 p.m. Both are open to the public for a $5 general admission free.
