Arrested: March 10, 0730 hours was Lawrance Alexander, 55 of 33-46 Mott Ave. for aggravated unlicensed operator 1, unlicensed driver, and violation of misc. rules at CBB. Deft was observed operating a cell phone while driving. Car stop initiated. Upon further investigation, deft's license was suspended.

Arrested: March 12, 1855 hours was Orlando Rayford, 40 of 69-33 Hillmeyer Ave. for cpcs-3, cpcs-5, pom-4, and local law violation at 69-33 Hillmeyer Ave. A/O did execute a search warrant on deft's location. Deft was found to be in possession of controlled substances, marijuana, ammunition and a pellet gun.

Arrested: March 12, 1855 hours was James Smith, 48 of 605 B. 68 St. for cpcs-3, cpcs-5, pom-4, and local law violation at 69-33 Hillmeyer Ave. A/O did execute a search warrant on deft's location. Deft was found to be in possession of controlled substances, marijuana, ammunition and a pellet gun

Arrested: March 12, 1929 hours was Tim Jackson, 54 of 418 B. 64 St. for aggravated unlicensed operator-1, no inspection certificate, operator with no financial proof, registration violation and unlicensed driver at 210 B. 87 St. A/O did observe deft driving a minivan on B. 87 St. with Virginia registration. Deft's vehicle and plates did not match.

Arrested: February 24, 2130 hours was Norman Wilson, 18 of 40-20 BCD for cpw-3 and criminal trespass at 453 B. 40 St. Deft was found to be trespassing in a NYC housing location. SILA produced a loaded .25 caliber firearm.

Arrested: February 24, 1915 hours was Sanussy Jalloh, 38 of 230 W. 150 St. for trademark counterfeiting-2 and failure to disclose records-2 at 2113 Mott Ave. A/O observed deft selling trademark counterfeit compact discs, DVD's and videotapes for U.S. currency.

Arrested: February 25, 1900 hours was Lamarr Clark, 19 of 10 Vermont Court, Brooklyn for bribery of public servant-1 at 16-12 Mott Ave. Deft did offer A/O $12,000 U.S. currency to let him and his co-defendants go from an earlier arrest for attempted murder.

Arrested: February 25, 1431 hours was Lamarr Clark, 19 of 10 Vermont Court, Brooklyn for murder-2, cpw-2, reckless endangerment-1 and cpw-3 at 40-20 BCD. Deft and two apprehended others did fire a handgun at comp on crowded street.

Arrested: February 25, 1430 hours was Theresa Gasby, 23 of 4020 BCD for murder-2, cpw-2, reckless endangerment-1 and cpw-3 at 40-20 BCD. Comp states deft did act with two apprehended others and did fire two rounds at comp on a crowded street.

Arrested: February 25, 1730 hours was Niasia Snell, 18 of 40-20 BCD for murder-2, cpw-2, reckless endangerment-1 and cpw-3 at 1612 Mott Ave. Comp states deft did fire two rounds at comp in a reckless manner on a crowded street.

Arrested: February 25, 1648 hours was Benesford Mignott, 41 of 307 Fernside Place for assault-2, resisting arrest, false impersonation, seat belt violation and facilitating unlicensed operator-3 at Mott Ave./BCD. A/O observed deft operating vehicle without a seat belt. Deft gave two different names and date of birth's. Upon arrest deft began punching, kicking and flailing arms, injuring two officers.

Arrested: February 26, 1155 hours was Jamel Solomon, 25 of 321 Milsford St., Brooklyn for possession of forgery instrument-2, possession of forgery instrument-3, unlicensed driver and seat belt violation. Deft observed driving vehicle without a seat belt. Deft produced a defaced non-driver South Carolina ID card.

Arrested: February 27, 0420 hours was Khaled Karaoud, 36 of 250 Manhattan Ave., NYC for possession of forgery instrument-1 at 16-12 Mott Ave. The deft was found in possession of 95 cartons of cigarettes in which 38.8 cartons had counterfeit tax stamps.

Arrested: February 27, 1310 hours was Anthony Suggs, 45 of Brooklyn, for criminal contempt-1 at 146 B. 59 St. Deft did violate oop by going to the residence of comp when ordered not to.

Arrested: February 27, 2145 hours was John St. Hill, 38 of 22-11 New Haven Ave. for aggravated unlicensed operaor-1 and seat belt violation at Mott Ave./BCD. A/O observed deft operating a vehicle on a public street without wearing a seat belt. Deft has a suspended license.

Arrested: February 28, 2210 hours was Levon Valentine, 22 of 1409 Oakland Ave., Richmond, VA for arson-3, criminal mischief-2, and insurance fraud-3 at B. 47 St. Deft did intentionally cause damage to the ignition of deft's 2003 vehicle, which was going to be torched by co-defendant.

Arrested: February 28, 2210 hours was Jimmy Valentine, 18 of 172-14 133 Ave. for arson-3 and criminal mischief-2 at B. 47 St. Deft was acting in concert with co-deft who was attempting to ignite his 2003 vehicle.

Arrested: February 28, 2210 hours was Jeffrey Holland, 18 of 172-22 133 Ave. for arson-3 and criminal mischief-2 at B. 47 St. Deft was acting in concert with co-deft as a look-out while co-deft tried to ignite a 2003 vehicle.

Arrested: February 28, 2210 hours was June Lang-Raime, 19 of 172-14 133 Ave. for arson-3, criminal mischief-2, and possession of burglar's tools at B. 47 St. Deft did light a tee shirt and tried to stuff it into a gas tank of a 2003 vehicle, which belongs to co-deft.

Arrested: February 28, 0300 hours was Edward Simpson, 18 of 40-20 BCD for unauthorized use of vehicle-2, grand larceny-4, cpsp-5 and petit larceny at 51-15 BCD. Deft did enter comp's vehicle without permission or authority. Deft did remove comp's property from said vehicle. Deft was also in possession of burglar's tools.

Arrested: March 1, 0645 hours was Carol Harry, 30 of 474 B. 22 St. for assault-2 at B. 22 St. Comp was having a verbal dispute with comp's common law wife, when deft struck comp in the head with a stick causing a laceration on comp's head.

Arrested: March 1, 2130 hours was Julian Outcalt, 18 of 31-14 Healy Ave. fofr cpw-3 at 16-12 Mott Ave. Deft was found in possession of a loaded .380 automatic firearm.
