Lifetime TV Brings Spa To Area

The #1 rated Lifetime Television knows what women want—a rejuvenating break in the middle of an otherwise hectic day! The "DOVE Pre-sents Experience of a Lifetime Mall Tour" will give women in 12 cities just that.

The "DOVE Presents Experience of a Lifetime Mall Tour" is a mobile day spa offering women a sanctuary of ideas and advice on ways to look and feel their best – even for those with very little time. The nationwide tour kicks off March 8th and 9th at Roos-evelt Field Mall.

To celebrate the tour, Rosa Blasi, who plays Dr. Luisa Delgado on Strong Medicine, will make an appearance on Sunday, March 9.

UNILEVER’s Dove brand products is the presenting sponsor for the exhibit and will feature a variety of DOVE’s skin care and new hair care products. Visitors can take Dove’s Dry Skin Test, and they will have the opportunity to experience a test developed by Dove Hair Care which determines the moisture content of hair.

Activities on March 8 and 9 at Roosevelt Field Mall include: Hair and make-up consultations with stylists from the Maximus Day Spa and Salon.

Enjoying the latest music with local radio personality Kim Ashley from 95.5fm WPLJ (Saturday 2-4pm and Sunday 3-5pm).

A chance to walk away with special make-up brushes courtesy of Lifetime Television .

Lifetime remains committed to wo-men and their causes. A special por-tion of the exhibit will be devoted to preventing violence against women and raising awareness of breast cancer. Volunteers from the National Coalition Against Domestic Violence, Rape Abuse Incest National Network (RAIN), and The Young Survival Coal-ition will be on-hand to provide vital statistics and ways visitors can further these causes in their community.
