Abbreviations in the blotter include cpw for criminal possession of a weapon; cpsp for criminal possession of stolen property; cpcs for criminal possession of controlled substance; cscs for criminal sale of controlled substance; pom for possession of marijuana; som for sale of marijuana; tos for theft of services; auo for aggravated unlicensed operator; oop for order of protection; deft for defendant/perpetrator; comp for complainant/victim; a/o for arresting officer; u/c for undercover officer; SILA for search incidental to arrest; m/v for motor vehicle; BCD for Beach Channel drive; RBB for Rockaway Beach boulevard; SFP for Shore Front parkway; CBB for Cross Bay boulevard. All persons are innocent until proven guilty.


Arrested: February 24, 0615 hours was Gerard Thomas, 62 of 149 B. 118 St. for cpcs-3, cpcs-7 and alcohol misdemeanor at 149 B. 118 St. Deft arrested pursuant to search warrant. Deft found in possession of controlled substance.

Arrested: February 25, 2334 hours was Jerome Robinson, 36 for grand larceny-4 at B. 81 St. Comp states that above deft did reach into comp's front pants pocket and took $2300 in U.S. currency. Deft was identified at 100 precinct station house.

Arrested: February 27, 1933 hours was William Dulis, 47 of 159 B. 119 St. for tampering with physical evidence, cpcs-7 and resisting arrest at 319 B. 98 St. A/O did observe deft to swallow one tin foil package of cocaine. Tin foil package not recovered. A/O did observe deft chew tin foil package.

Arrested: February 28, 1749 hours was George Sansone, 40 of 360 B. 85 St. for tampering with physical evidence and cpcs-7 at B. 86 & BCD. A/O did observe the deft placing a white piece of paper containing alleged heroin into his mouth. A/O observed the deft chewing said paper.

Arrested: February 28, 2125 hours was Dashawn Lawton, 21 of 441 B. 68 St. for cpw-3 at B. 68 St. Deft was in possession of a loaded 9mm firearm.


Arrested: February 14, 0945 hours was Deborah Davis, 43 of 57-07 SFP for use of drug paraphanalia-1, cpw-3 and cpcs-7 at 5707 SFP. Pursuant to search warrant, the following items were recovered: three handguns, one small bag of crack cocaine and one weight measuring scale.

Arrested: February 14, 2130 hours was Henry Wright, 25 of 364 B. 56 St. for cpw-3 and cpcs-7 at 54-49 Almeda Ave. Search warrant was executed in an unoccupied apartment where three illegal firearms were recovered and a small quantity of crack cocaine.

Arrested: February 16, 1804 hours was William Gonzalez, 28 of 4414 Norton Dr. for criminal contempt-1 and harassment-2 at 4414 Norton Dr. Deft did violate a valid oop. Violation was grabbing the comp by comp's throat and chocking comp.

Arrested: February 19, 1400 hours was Charwayne White, 24 of 72-15 Elizabeth St. for robbery-1 at 16-12 Mott Ave. Deft was arrested for a past robbery with a knife.

Arrested: February 20, 1000 hours was Tavaughn Crawford, 25 of 20-55 Seagirt Blvd. for criminal contempt-1, assault-3, criminal mischief-4 and harassment-2 at 16-12 Mott Ave. Comp states deft did violate a valid oop by coming to the residence and hitting the comp with a stick.

Arrested: February 20, 1745 hours was Jermaine Cooke, 28 of 260 East Broadway, Long Beach for cpcs-3, cpcs-7, alcohol misdemeanor and pom at 711 Seagirt Ave. Deft was observed urinating in public view. Deft was found to be in possession of a quantity of heroin, marijuana and cocaine inside vehicle.

Arrested: February 20, 1745 hours was Daniel Ojedis, 24 of 461 West Park, Long Beach for cpcs-3, cpcs-7 and pom at 711 Seagirt Ave. Deft was found to be in possession of a quantity of heroin, marijuana and cocaine inside vehicle.

Arrested: February 20, 1859 hours was Kawon Imes, 21 of 1415 Mott Ave. for cpw-3 and pom-5 at Hassock St. & BCD. Deft was in possession of a firearm and a quantity of marijuana.
