100 Precinct Council Hears Of Hate Crimes


The 100 Precinct Community Council meeting at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Rockaway Beach heard last week from Sergeant Thomas Fanning of the NYPD division that addresses hate and bias crimes. Fanning spoke of last month’s incident on Beach 129 Street and the need for everybody to understand how such crimes can impact a community. Pictured, Sergeant Fanning speaks.
