Pheffer Offers ‘To Do’ Guides

Assemblywoman Audrey I. Pheffer has acquired a number of Winter/Spring 2003 Official NYC Guides from NYC & Company, the Convention and Visitors Bureau, Major Events & Promotions. She is offering these booklets to her constituents, free of charge, while the supply lasts.

"The winter to spring season is full of things to do in New York City, and some of the most famous and exciting events worldwide are happening here in our own backyard," stated Assemblywoman Pheffer.

This winter, New York City is not only a terrific place to visit, but it is also more affordable thanks to the "Paint the Town" promotion. Residents and visitors alike can take advantage of numerous savings and package deals on hotels, restaurants, attractions, theater and retail. There is never a day where there is nothing to do in New York City.

If you are interested in receiving your free Guide, you can stop by either of Assemblywoman Pheffer's offices at 90-16 Rockaway Beach Blvd. in Rockaway Beach; or 108-14 Cross Bay Boulevard in Ozone Park. Or you can call her at (718) 945-9550 or (718) 641-8755.

Those seeking additional information or to learn more about what is going on this season, you may call the Visitor Information Center at (212) 484-1222. The Calendar of events is also available on NYC & Company's website at www.nycvisit.com or call (800) NYC-Guide.

"New York City truly is a winter wonderland. The Official NYC Guide is a comprehensive listing of all there is to do in the City and is the ideal guide to plan a day, a weekend or a week in the Capital of the World," concluded Assemblywoman Pheffer.
