9 different Stars found the net, as the boys pounded out a 10-3 victory, over the Parkway, MA team.
In winning their second consecutive tournament, the Stars once again displayed some great passing, which gave them control of the game.
A big highlight for the Coney Island boys was to have their individual trophies handed to each of them by ex-Olympic hero of the 1980 "Miracle on Ice", Mike Eruzione.

The team registered 15 assists along with 8 goals to romp to a 8-1 victory over the Tewksbury, MA Redmen.
Centers Alex Mitic, Kenny Fiorentino and winger James Gilhooly led the parade combining for 4 goals and 6 assists.
The Stars defeated the tournament host team, the Winthrop Dawgs, by the score of 7-2. Center Kenny Fiorentino led the team with a goal and 2 assists.
The Stars arrived at East Boston, MA to participate in the Winthrop MA Youth Hockey 2002 Holiday Tournament.
The Coney Island boys utilized some great passing and team play to finish first in the opening round of play and qualify for the Championship game. The Stars beat a Parkway, MA team in game one, by a 5-0 score. The team was led by their defense corps, which tallied 4 of the 5 goals. Defenseman Michael Strenk led the offense with 2 goals and 2 assists.
