DEP Big To Speak

Christopher Ward, Commissioner of the Department of Environmental Protection of New York City, will address a public forum on Thursday, January 9th.  Ward will speak at the Good Government Regular Democratic club at 112-20 Beach Channel Drive at 7:45 p.m.  The Commissioner is expected to discuss such topics as water and sewer bills, sewer problems, flooding, hazardous materials, toxic site remediation, asbestos maintenance and removal, the noise code and water an energy conservation.

All community residents are invited to question the commissioner and get answers.  Do you believe your water bill is incorrect?  Does your basement or sewer flood?  Bagels, cream cheese and coffee will be served.
